How long does shipping take?

If you're ordering inside the UK, you will usually receive your item within 2-3 working days. Through busier periods it may take slightly longer than this, but you'll be kept informed throughout the entire process. If you've not received your order after 14 days, please contact us so we can speak with our courier on your behalf.

How do I know your products will fit me?

As always when buying used and vintage clothing, it's vital that you check the measurements prior to purchasing. Every listing includes measurements and you should check the fit before you buy.

When do you add new products to your website?

We try to list new items as frequently as possible. We add hundreds of items every week to the site, so make sure you follow us on Instagram and join our mailing list so you don't miss out on fresh drops.

Has the garment been washed before I receive it?

We steam all items before listing them onto our site, but we do not wash them. Given the high volume of stock we process it wouldn't be possible to wash everything before it sells, plus pre-washing 'vintage' is a controversial issue in the industry as it may ruin the authenticity of the piece. 

You are welcome to wash or dry clean the item after you have received it, but once you do so you will no longer be able to return the item.

What condition is the item in?

Condition varies from piece to piece, though most items on this website are 'grade A' without any defects. Where an item does have defects such as stains or tears, pictures will be provided on the product page. 

Please bear in mind that all items are preloved/vintage, so you should expect minor wear and signs of items being pre-worn.

Can I change my shipping address after submitting my order?

We can only send your item to the address provided at checkout.

A product I liked is no longer available. What can I do?

Unfortunately, the nature of vintage and preloved clothing is such that every piece is unique. It is very uncommon for us to receive multiples of the same item. It's therefore really important you act quickly when you see something you like, with the peace of mind that you can return items you change your mind on within 28 days. 

How do I return my order?

If you aren't happy with your order you can initiate a return within 28 days. Returns are free if you're inside the UK. Please read our returns page here or contact customerservices@restyleable.co.uk.

There is a problem with my order. Can you help?

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We want to build a long-term relationship with you, which means we'll put effort into putting things right should they go wrong. Please contact customerservices@restyleable.co.uk detailing your order number, the issue, and photographs if applicable and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
